THE MANSION BALIWOOD
The Mansion Baliwood Resort Hotel is a five-star hotel dedicated to ecotourism. The WOW Media Lounge is housed within the compound of this five-star hotel, where it is co-developing programs to find solutions that could transform and improve efficiency in the use of resources in luxury settings. Staying true to "green" principles as the basic step towards sustainability, The Mansion practices environmental and sustainable dynamics.
Through mutualism, WOW Bali and The Mansion showcase sustainable development via social-holistic (SO-HO) participation and dynamic wellness programs, which are at the forefront of Eco-Life. The Mansion also supports events that showcase Cultural Fusion of Balinese theatrical and musical performances with modern music and dance from both eastern and western musical influences.
Ibu Claudine Jusuf is the sole owner of The Mansion. What brought her to collaborate with WOW is her vision of a global society. She sees this partnership with WOW Bali as a way to achieve that vision. Transforming The Mansion into a model hotel for ecological sustainability while maintaining tourism and hospitality standards for people from all over the world to come and learn about sustainability and wellness is one of the missions of this collaboration.
Ibu Claudine not only coined the term SO-HO (social-holistic) entrepreneurship, she also champions it. As part of her collaboration with WOW, she has been offering several spaces within the premises of The Mansion to develop several sustainable and wellness projects. The Mansion hosted the WOW Affect 2014 New Year Celebration in its Art Tribute Palace. Proceeds from this event has been used for the ongoing construction and development of the "House of Wellness" and the Farmers Organic Marketplace and Manufacturing Area.
The Mansion pioneers the natural aesthetics design showcase for the WOW House, a fully sustainable house for eco-village development. The WOW House was developed based on local Balinese architecture and natural aesthetics.
WOW Bali's New Media Lounge is also located at the Puri Raja area of The Mansion Compound. WOW New Media Lounge at The Mansion offers a dynamic alternative to learning and wellness. World Orgnization for Wellness see the "forces and property" of learning is connected to wellness in living and vice versa. This dynamic in thinking has inspired us to return wellness to a multi-dimensional in being. WOW Bali and The Mansion's New Media lounge offers a "state of the art" multimedia experiences and programs for the maximizing our visual/auditory experiences in learning. From new media programs that enhance work skills, as well as empower learners on today's force of digital expressions for the full immersion of emotional intelligences via our performance/celebration lounge space combined with creative learning autonomy and leadership ethics for a more sustainable dynamic experience.
An Organic Seedling Greenhouse constructed out of recycled plastic bottles is also showcased at The Mansion. Vietnamese aromatics herbs, Balinese spices and the organic vegetables are being grown at this greenhouse.
All these form part of Ibu Claudine's commitment to social responsibility towards Bali community as well as the global society she's dreaming of. The sustainable dynamics in this collaboration allows the bridging of two stakeholder groups: BUSINESS and COMMUNITY (represented here by The Mansion and Kerta Generations Organic Farming Community), among others, and two cultures at the same time: those of the local Balinese and the tourists from the rest of the world . And it doesn't stop there. The partnership between The Mansion and WOW is continuously evolving to show the real dynamics of what it means to be truly sustainable- an abundance in living!

Watch glimpses of the WOW Affect New Year 2014 Party, a fundraising event aimed to regenerate more sustainability and wellness services at the Mansion. Proceeds from this event have been used to support ecotourism and organic agriculture with local farmers in nearby villages.
